The Frederick Figure Skating Club (FFSC) was formed in 1996. It is a United States Figure Skating Association (USFS) sanctioned club. In order to compete or test at USFS levels a skater must be a member of the USFS and the easiest way to do that is to belong to a local club, like the FFSC.

Regularly scheduled test sessions are held throughout the year. 

Club USFS membership is July 1st to the following June 30th.
